Dinosaurs:Then & Now is the Dinosaur Society’s educational touring exhibition on the study of dinosaurs.  Focussing on the worldwide history of their scientific discovery, reconstruction and artistic interpretation, it provides a solid context for any museum with or without dinosaur material to exhibit.  The visitor is taken through the early days of the science, the pioneering excavations in the United States, the different faunas from different parts of the world, a modelled ‘prehistoric forest’, cutting edge work in the field, and the future of the subject.  Primarily text panels featuring 3D mounted reliefs, interactive ‘feelie’ boxes are included to engage the visitor in the learning experience.  Exhibition corner enables budding palaeontologists to practice excavating fossils from sand, and the exhibition provides a logical focus for the display of work by any local artists.

Any museum wishing to book Dinosaurs then and Now should contact the Dinosaur Society at the usual address.
