Exhibition at the University of Glasgow 10 July – 30 September 2012

Artists must submit the following along with their medals:

Medals arriving without these forms will not be considered for the exhibition.

Please note these key points:

· Artists: All medals must be submitted to the country delegates by the date specified.

· Country Delegates: must post medals to Glasgow to arrive no later than 21 January 2012

Medals which arrive late may not be accommodated in the exhibition or catalogue.

PARTICIPATION FEES FOR NON MEMBER ARTISTS

Since 2009, all artists wishing to exhibit and are NOT a FIDEM member, should pay :

· 20 € for displaying medals OR

· 40 € for displaying medals and receiving the exhibition catalogue.

(Please note that this does not apply if you are a FIDEM member.)

All medals accepted for the Congress will be published in the Catalogue of the exhibition and accompanying DVD.

(Please note that only one medal per artist will be illustrated in the catalogue. Other submissions will appear on the accompanying DVD).
